1. Shipping
Australian Deliveries: it is our intention that all items ordered within Australia will arrive within 7 business days. We aim to process and dispatch orders within 12 business hours, however in some cases this is not going to be possible.
FREE DELIVERY: All orders made from populated area’s of Australia that are serviced regularly by leading freight vendors including Australia Post, Fastways and Couriers Please come with FREE DELIVERY. Remote & Regional area’s of Australia where these freight networks do not deliver or service without additional costs will incur additional freight charges. We will advise if your delivery address falls in to this category before we process the order. The freight charge will be quoted and required to be paid should you wish to continue.
2. Shipping Cost
The price of shipping is based on a flat rate, the weight of items purchased, frequency and delivery address.
3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
The following Returns, Refunds and Exchange policy applies only to orders delivered within Australia.
Should there be any dissatisfaction with any product purchased via the WeSend Coffee website, please contact help@wesendcoffee.com.au and we will be happy to organise an exchange or refund for you.
4. Refund & Exchange Conditions
All products must be returned in a saleable condition as soon as possible following purchase. WeSend Coffee does not allow any returns on coffee purchased unless there is a quality issue with the coffee. Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs. All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund or exchange. The purchaser may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product or to improve our quality processes. Returned product postage will be born to the customer or at the discression of WeSend Coffee, WeSend Coffee may pay for the postage.
6. Delivery of Goods
All items are shipped via a shipping provider of WeSend Coffee choice and accepts no responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of goods ordered from our website.
